Dispatch and scheduling software for local service companies

What works in our test version today

• A company signs up and its owner invites dispatchers and technicians with a single-use link.
• Three roles (owner, dispatcher, technician), each able to see only what that role needs.
• One company can never read or change another company's data. The database enforces this, and automated tests check it.
• Customers, each with one or more service locations.
• A list of the services you offer, with a usual duration and an optional price shown for information.
• Business hours in your own time zone.
• Jobs for a customer's location, with or without an appointment. Appointment times handle daylight saving changes, and an appointment has to fit your business hours unless the scheduler chooses to override that.
• A timeline of every change to a job, and a company-wide audit log of who changed what that only the owner can read.

The test version uses made-up data for two field service companies.

Still being built

• Dispatch board (in progress): see the day or week by technician, assign and unassign jobs, and refuse a double-booked technician.
• Technician view (planned): each technician sees only their own assigned jobs on a phone and moves a job through en route, on site and completed.
• Booking from other tools (planned): a secure way for approved tools to create a customer and a job in your calendar.

Planned add-on: AI voice receptionist

An AI receptionist that answers calls on your own business number. The first version would take a message or callback request for your office. Booking appointments by phone would come after that, once the booking connection above exists. It is not available yet.

For service companies around Metro Detroit

We are building this with small local service companies in mind: the owner who dispatches from a phone and a calendar. If you run one around Metro Detroit and would like to try it when it is ready, email us and tell us what your office does today.
