How Bash Tail works
You tell us what you need. We set it up for your business and host it. You pay a one-time setup fee, then a monthly fee. You do not install or maintain anything.

Tell us what you do
Email hello@bashtail.com with a few lines about your business and what takes up your time. We will say which of our products fits and what is ready today.
We set it up
We put your business name, details and services into it, and load your customer or product list if the product needs one. You check it before it goes live.
We host it
It runs on our side, so there is no server for you to keep running.
Setup fee, then monthly
We tell you the price before you start: a one-time setup fee, then a monthly fee. Prices are on our service reminders page; for everything else, pricing is on request.
If you would rather run it yourself
- Rental listing websites and service reminder texts: we can hand over the software, your settings and a backup of your data.
- Data quality check: your own IT people can run it on your systems from a written recipe. We never hand over a ready-built program image.
What depends on you
- Texting: before the first real text, your business has to be registered with the carriers, which can take days to weeks. You are also responsible for having your customers' consent.
- Rental listings: you supply the homes, photos and wording, and you are responsible for the wording of your own listings.
- Data checks and catalog cleanup: you send us the files, and you decide what to do with the results.
What is ready and what is not
Each product page has a label: Available, Early access, In development or Coming soon. We only describe what a product does today, and we say plainly what is still being built.
