Rental listing websites for small landlords
A listings website under your own name: your homes with photos, rent and availability, a way for renters to ask about them, and a simple admin where you keep it up to date. We build it and host it, for a setup fee and then a monthly fee.
What renters see
- A grid of your homes with photos, rent, bedrooms, bathrooms and whether each one is available now, available later or leased.
- Filters for bedrooms, maximum rent and available now.
- A page for each home with a photo gallery, details, amenities, the address with a map link and an inquiry form.
- A site built for phones first, with small pages that need almost no JavaScript, and with no tracking and no advertising.
What you do
- Add, edit and archive listings, and mark a home available or leased.
- Upload photos. We accept JPEG, PNG and WebP, check each file really is an image, and remove location data from the photos automatically.
- Get each inquiry by email once we have connected your address. Every inquiry is also saved in your admin, where you can download them as a spreadsheet file.
- Your business name, logo, colours and contact details appear throughout. We choose text colours that stay readable on your colours.
Housing vouchers
If you accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8), you can show a "vouchers accepted" badge on each home and let renters filter by it. It is optional. If you leave it off, that wording does not appear on your site.
Fair housing built in
- Every page carries an Equal Housing Opportunity notice.
- The inquiry form asks for a name, phone, email, how to reach the renter and a message, plus a consent box. It asks nothing about household makeup, disability or income.
- When you save a listing, its title, description, amenities, address and photo descriptions are checked for wording such as "adults only" or "no Section 8", and the listing is refused until you change it.
This is a safeguard, not legal advice. It catches common problem wording and does not make a listing compliant. Have the wording on your site reviewed for your own city and state.
Renters' details
Inquiries contain personal details, so they are deleted automatically after a set number of days (180 unless you choose another period), and your site's privacy page states that period.
Accessible and fast
The pages pass automated accessibility checks at phone and desktop widths, and they work with a keyboard. Automated checks cannot catch everything, so we do not claim full conformance with accessibility standards.
For landlords around Metro Detroit
If your homes are listed only on other people's sites, or not listed at all, a site under your own name gives renters one place to see what is available. We can also hand over the software and your data later if you would rather run it yourself.
Pricing: contact us for pricing. There is a setup step and then a monthly fee.
